The counseling team at Stevenson High School is committed to your student's academic growth, as well as mental, emotional, and physical wellness. Our team can help with new student registration, advising toward success while in our school and making plans for after graduation, drug and alcohol prevention programs, social-emotional support and problem solving skill development, and facilitate connections to outside resources for students and families who need additional support.

The team would like to offer these reminders and supports to help students

• Showing up is a prerequisite to success in anything that we do.  Data shows that students who typically have more than five absences or tardies have lower grades than their peers. 
• There are many opportunities for students to get extra help.  Wednesday’s after school students are welcome to attend study hall. 
• Checking Skyward is a great way to stay informed on how your student is doing in class, attendance, current grades, and classroom assignments may also be attached.  If you need help accessing Skyward, please call our office.
• Make sure to check The Counseling Department's google classroom with your student, often.  The classroom code is provided below in case they have not yet joined.
